No. 02
Coach Elvin Beqiri spent sixteen years as a professional centre-back across five countries — earning 47 caps for the Albania national team along the way.
Born in Shkodër, Albania, he made his name at Vllaznia Shkodër before moving through Metalurh Donetsk (Ukraine), Alania Vladikavkaz (Russia), Maccabi Tel Aviv (Israel), and Khazar Lankaran (Azerbaijan). He debuted for Albania in 2002 and was a fixture in the squad through the 2010 World Cup qualifying cycle.
Since retiring in 2015, Coach Elvin has been developing the next generation. He's the head coach of Albania's U17 National Team and has brought the same standards to youth football in Toronto — winning the Ontario Cup twice and leading his program to a fourth-place finish at Nationals on its first appearance.

A coach's record matters because results compound. Players who learn the right habits early become the players who get noticed later.
Eagles FC is built around one thing: small-group training. No diluted attention. No standing in line. Every session is engineered so every player gets the reps, the corrections, and the eye-contact coaching they would never receive in a 30-player practice.
Groups are kept deliberately small. That means every touch is observed, every habit is shaped, and every player leaves the session having been individually coached — not just supervised.
Sessions are built around the standards Coach Elvin learned at the professional level — first touch, scanning, body shape, decision speed. The same details that separate pros from amateurs, taught from day one.
Every player is on a development arc. We track what we coach, name the weaknesses, and build a plan around them — so growth is visible to the player, the parents, and the next coach who watches them play.

Pre-Register NowThere's a reason the best academies in the world feel different the moment you walk in. It isn't the facilities. It's the standards — the unspoken expectations that everyone in the room has agreed to chase. The way a ball is passed. The way a player turns. The way a mistake is owned.
Eagles FC is built on importing those standards into Ontario. Players don't just learn drills here — they learn what serious football looks, sounds, and feels like, and they raise their own bar accordingly.
That's how players grow. Not by being told they're great, but by being shown what great actually is — and being given the reps to get there.
Spots are limited. Reach out and we'll find a place for your player in the next training group.
